Again, it is important to mention that the holistic approach does not replace any medical requirements, it is simply another way to uncover and work through what has caused you pain.
In regard to some mental health issues, it is not recommended that medications be used for the rest of your life. Adopting a holistic approach is a way in which you can safely explore, and with time, relieve some of the symptoms of your pain naturally.
